SAEM Pavlodar LLP is an affiliated company of Trust SAEM JSC. The constructional ironworks performs activities in Pavlodar. The factory is one of the largest industrial enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The factory produces steel constructions and fabricated metal products of any difficulty category (I - V categories).
The company has working area (23,833 m2), certificates and permits. We use modern, high-tech equipment to produce high-quality products products. The plant has a double-tee girder assembling (welding) line, three GRU torch cutting machine (according to specified parameters), six rounding machines (including a four-roll machine), a large machinery equipment (drilling, turning, milling , grinding, planing, cutting, mortising and pipe bending machines), various guillotine shears and press shears.
All metal products are manufactured in a severe conformity to KM and KMD brand drawings. Quality certificate is issued for the entire products range. The factory capacities are designed for 400-600 tons of metal structures per month. It depends on complexity.
The company produces polyurethane foam casings and pipes in polyurethane foam insulation, zinc-coated pipes and formed pieces.
One of the major projects implemented by the company is a metal frame component fit-up for the metal frame of the turbine-generator pedestal at st.No. 6, Pavlodar CHP-3.
The enterprise makes VS 95-3 (Vibrated Stand), VS 110-3.5 of reinforced concrete products, floor slabs and bottom plates of various modifications, wall rings as per GOST Standard 8020-90, foundation blocks as per GOST Standard 13579-78. It is also possible to manufacture reinforced concrete products of individual sizes.
