Since its foundation in 1942, SAEM specialists have been involved in the construction of most thermal power plants in Central Asia. The total capacity of the turbines installed by the Trust before the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan was more than 25,600 MW. The productivity of steam boilers is almost 115 and a half thousand tons of steam per hour.
