We carry out reconstruction and repair projects of heat power equipment at CHP-2 and CHP-3 in Pavlodar and Ekibastuz CHP in Pavlodar region. We also carry out heating networks reconstruction.
The constructional ironworks (within Sredazenergomontazh Pavlodar LLP) manufactures metal structures and metal products for Pavlodar, Ekibastuz, Petropavlovsk and Astana production sites.
Turbo generators at st.No. 2, 4, 5 with a 325 MW total capacity, boiler unit at st. No. 1 with a capacity of 420 tons of steam per hour, two cooling towers st. No. 4 and 5 with a total irrigation area of 3,200 m2 were reconstructed and put into operation at the Pavlodar CHP-3 in 2005.
We carry out the following projects:
- TM-22 reconstruction. Thermal insulation exchange from mineral wool to PU foam casing, from NО 56 to NP-9 in Pavlodar.
- TM-37A reconstruction. Thermal insulation exchange from mineral wool to PU foam casing, from NP 56 to NP-9 in Pavlodar.
- TM-7 reconstruction from CPDTS (central power distribution transit station) to TK-3E in Ekibastuz.
- TM-9 heat pipeline construction from TK-25E to TK-4A in Ekibastuz.
- Submain heat network removal from private areas of low-rise buildings in Ekibastuz;
- Block heating points construction in microdistricts 25 26 27, Ekibastuz;
- Thermal insulation construction and installation work from TK-868 to the swimming pool in the microdistrict 1A Usolsky, Pavlodar (section from TK-868 to UT-3) for Pavlodar heating networks LLP needs;
- Thermal insulation construction and installation work from TK-868 to the swimming pool in the microdistrict 1A Usolsky, Pavlodar (section from UT-3 to a swimming pool) for Pavlodar heating networks LLP needs;
- Heating network and hot water pipeline removal from the crawl space 91 underground railways in Pavlodar;
- Turbo generator main steam line exchange (st. 6 CHP-3);
- Boiler unit main steam line exchange (st. 6 CHP-3);
- Metal structures and products manufacture, accomplishment and supply for Pavlodar, Ekibastuz, Petropavlovsk and Nur-Sultan production sites.
