Company group Trust SAEM JSC carries out the reconstruction project of Nur-Sultan CHP-1 for its development. Boilers at st.No. 3, 5 and a turbogenerator at st.No. 2 were reconstructed and put into operation.
We permanently carry out station equipment repair work and modernization: chimney construction No. 2, cinder dump reconstruction, line pump replacement, water reduction system installation, fuel conveying system reconstruction.
The project “Expansion and reconstruction of CHP-2 and boiler units installation at st.No. 7, 8, turbine units at st. No. 5, 6 and a hot-water boiler in Nur-Sultan” is being implemented to provide heat supply to the developing right-bank part of the city and to build up the left bank connected to the district heating system.
A 130 MW turbo generator of st. No. 5, a boiler unit of st. No. 7 with a capacity of 550 tons of steam per hour, and a water boiler with four boilers with a capacity of 120 Gcal / h each were put in service. The boiler unit at st. No. 8 and a turbo generator at st. No. 6 are at the completion stage (turbo generator at st. No. 4 and boiler unit at st. No. 6 were mounted by the company group Trust SAEM JSC in 2006 and 2007). After the project completion, the CHP-2 installed electric capacity will be 600 MW and the heat power will be 2250 Gcal / h.
Company group Trust SAEM JSC carries out a construction program of CHP-3 in Nur-Sultan. The new station will have a 240 MW of electric power and a 840 Gcal / h of installed heat capacity. It will fully provide the capital with electric and thermal energy, and will also strengthen the electric supply reliability in Nur-Sultan.
So far, we carry out a construction project of the CHP-3, through this project we are going to install 4 water-heating boilers KVT-139-150 st. No. 1-4 with a 480 Gcal / h total capacity and a steam boiler E-65-1,4 -250 with a capacity of 65 tons of steam per hour.
The first stage construction will open the way to create a new modern heat source using efficient combined production of heat and electricity technology. And the most important thing is that we use environmentally friendly equipment.
